Appointments

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. We recommend calling in advance to book an appointment so as to secure your position.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrival

If you arrive to your appointment later than the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee your spot will be reserved. If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible by calling 954-909 4059. If you purchased a Groupon and you do not show up on your appointment your Groupon will be automatically redeemed.

Cancellation Policy

We do require an advanced notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We do require a credit car number to make a reservation for party of 3 or more. We do require then a minimum 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last minute cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-call/ no-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Payment

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept checks.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available at our salon. They are great gifts for any occasion.

They are not exchangeable or refundable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.

Satisfaction Policy

Please notify us within 3 days of your original appointment if you have any issues with your nail.

Pet Policy

Though we love fury friends, pets are not allowed in the salon according to Florida State hygiene code compliance. Service dogs are welcome at House of Nails & Spa, provided owners show official documentation.

Medical Conditions and Special Needs

Before receiving your services, please tell us about any special needs or medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or disabilities. This will allow us to customize your service and make sure you are satisfied.
